Beachside Private Residence - Undisclosed

For this private residence, the design team at Roger Ferris and Associates incorporated Swisspearl® fiber cement panels in Onxy to create an elegant lap-siding for the exterior facade. This thoroughly modern residence is a dramatic example of fiber cement for residential construction. 

The fiber cement rainscreen was installed using an ECO Cladding subframing system for ease of installation and the ability to match cavity depths with some of the projects window systems.  The building is stunning from all angles and the Swisspearl® panels act as the strong white palette to allow the glass and glazing to speak and define space.
