EFSC Student Union Building - Melbourne, FL

Eastern Flordia State College (EFSC) has added a fifth building to their campus that features Swisspearl® fiber cement rainscreen. The new EFSC Student Union Building is the hub of this expanding campus and was designed by BRPH Architects-Engineers. 

Located in Building 16 on the Melbourne Campus, the 32,000 square foot Student Union building is the center for student life and was designed based on student input. The two-story structure features glass, fiber cement rainscreen, brick and steel. It serves as the front door to the campus and includes space for a variety of student services, clubs, activities and student government.
