Libbie Mill Library - Richmond, VA
Quinn Evans (BCWH) Architects has a reputation for designing cutting-edge library spaces and Libbie Mill Library in Richmond, Virginia is host to multiple material rainscreen materials, integrated into a seamless rainscreen facade - a truly great example of their work.
Terracotta, fiber cement, and fiber concrete rainscreens were incorporated to create this stunning community anchor. The library was one of the first buildings completed and has led to the growth of this area of Richmond suburb. Large fabricated Swisspearl® fiber cement panels were installed on a concealed aluminum ECO Cladding rainscreen system. Swisspearl® and ECO Cladding have many different concealed solutions.
