5600 Headquarters Building Renovation – Plano, TX

Located on a 27-acre site 20 miles from downtown Dallas, the office building at 5600 Headquarters Drive underwent a transformative renovation by Dallas-based GFF and Rubenstein Partners. The project, completed in 2024, included upgrades such as a new lobby, entryway, tenant lounge, coffee bar, and fitness center. Exterior enhancements featured a brand-new entrance façade adorned with Swisspearl high-density fiber cement panels in three shades, adding a striking visual element to the property. The intricate design, covering 10,923 square feet, showcases the durability and aesthetic appeal of Swisspearl Carat panels, known for being through-color, UV-resistant, hail impact-resistant, and non-combustible.
