To transform a dated 1980s office campus into a modern and sought-after working space, a revitalization project was undertaken. While maintaining cost-effectiveness and creativity, the original structure of the building was preserved and enhanced with new materials and colors on the facades.

The revitalization included the innovative use of Swisspearl Carat panels, intricately cut into complex patterns to create a striking exterior design. Careful consideration was given to the precise cutting of each panel to minimize waste. Additionally, the selection of these panels and other exterior materials prioritized durability and efficiency, contributing to reduced waste and labor costs throughout the construction and installation processes.
