The Battery – San Francisco, CA

FME Architecture and Design designed a stunning roof top private club in San Francisco called The Battery.  White fiber concrete panels were installed with Plus5 sub-structure.

888 Seventh Street – San Francisco, CA

David Baker & Associates used Fiber Cement shingles to create an inspiring facade for 888 Seventh Street Condominiums.  Using three different red colored 1 x 2 foot shingles, the design has created an elegant fish scale pattern.

462 West 58th Street – New York, NY

FXFowle Architects of New York City designed the Hudson Hill Condominiums at 462 West 58th Street using a Plus5 attachment system for HPL panels.  The Plus5 sub-structure was selected to allow for an interesting design – the walls move in and out to create a stunning facade.​ 

Capital Square Hyatt Place – Washington, DC

Washington DC has a new building added to the NOMA skyline with Cooper Carry’s new design for Capital Square Hyatt Place.  The iconic building features a variety of red and grey panels with 15,000 square feet of Cem5 cement composite.

Market at O Street – Washington, DC

The Market at O Street in Washington, DC was designed by Shalom Baranes Associates.  An exposed rivet system (F2.10) was incorporated into the design of this fiber cement façade.  The new rainscreen building is a local favorite.

Avant Chelsea – New York, NY

1100 Architects’ first New York City building is the cutting edge Avant Chelsea. Swisspearl® is known for its large range of colors and ability to create innovative design patterns. Avant Chelsea does not disappoint.

L Haus – Long Island City, NY

Cetra Ruddy of New York City has created a stunning new building in Long Island City called “L Haus.”  This multi-story residential complex used multiple Swisspearl® panels, colors and sizes to create an innovative façade.

Potrero Launch – San Francisco, CA

HKS – San Francisco designed Potrero Launch using Terra5 terracotta rainscreen.  The new housing project used the terracotta panels along side bold window units to create a striking facade.

North 42 Apartments – Tampa, FL

North 42 used HPL rainscreen panels to a give new look to the campus housing apartments.  The Plus5 bracket system attached directly back into the existing wall.  The complex also used the HPL panels to create signage around the apartment complex.

Sagaponack House – Sagaponack, NY

Selldorf Architects of New York City used Concrete5 to create a sleek new 15,000sf residence.  The base of the building is fiber concrete panels.
