Maraya Concert Hall

The design team at Giò Forma Studio was tasked with designing this iconic project, which holds the Guinness World Record for the largest mirrored building on earth. Maraya Concert Hall is a stunning piece of art set in the desert canyon of Ashar Valley. Designed to blend into the surrounding landscape, it rises from the sand like a mirage. For this project, the walls of the interior hall and the panoramic terrace were realized with customized Ceramic5 porcelain stoneware slabs to recoil the colors of the limestone rocks, which range from intense burgundy red to beige and change over the course of the day reacting to the light.
