Kean University School of Business & Public Management - Union, NJ

NK Architects worked with Cladding Corp for the exterior facade of this large, student-focused communal space on Kean University's campus. The design team selected Swisspearl® Fiber Cement Rainscreens for the exterior cladding in part due to their superior thermal qualities. The design team worked with Cladding Corp to develop an effective way to work with the size and layout of the Swisspearl panels to reduce the need for cutting and fitting panels in situ. They sought to balance cost with performance, striving to find a solution that was easy to install and provide an attractive building enclosure.
