233 Landing Road - New York, NY
Edelman Sultan Knox Wood Architects designed the vibrant and attractive facade of 233 Landing Road using Swisspearl fiber cement rainscreen. The Swisspearl panels added color and energy to complement the rest of the building's brick walls. The architectural firm maximized the budget to create this affordable housing project. Landing Road Residence will be the first project created under New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s HomeStretch program. HomeStretch is an innovative model that co-locates and co-finances transitional shelter and permanent affordable housing. An ECO Cladding Hci.10Z subframing system was used.
