College of Marin - Kentfield, CA

Mark Cavagnero Associates is a design team known for award-winning projects and the College of Marin Academic building is no exception. Terra5 terracotta sunscreens are horizontally floating in front of the building's stunning glass windows.  Situated in the heart of the campus, this dramatic facade uses strong shapes in soft colors with lots of glass.  The surrounding hillsides and classic California topography surround this inspiring and functional piece of artwork.  Students are inspired to learn by the setting that has been created.
